The majority of previous A2s Digipaks that I look at I feel are to over edited and to artist heavy

(for example see below). However this student does follow conventions of her chossen genre with a variety of camera shots. However the other three examples I found were high marked due to their quality. My favourite part of the Digipack created for 'Latch' is how the inside is one continuous image. The thought behind the Scouting for girls example is visually interesting and relates to the name of the album 'I need a holiday'. I think it is important for a digipak to link to what the album is about. The editing and use of overlays on the James Blunt digipak would have been one of the main reasons it was marked so highly.
